& Inclusive Space Training

Do you have a Full Plate & a Busy Brain?

Our Coaching is Built for Brains Like Yours

My Story

I'm Lucy, and I know your brain isn't broken—it just works differently. As a late-diagnosed ADHD and autistic person who's built businesses while managing a beautifully chaotic mind, I know what it's like to feel as though you need to fix yourself to succeed.

My journey through hospitality, mentoring, and supporting small businesses taught me something crucial: the strategies that work for neurotypical minds often leave us more exhausted than accomplished. I've been where you are—staring at productivity advice that feels impossible, wondering why "simple" workplace interactions drain your energy, and searching for that elusive balance between being authentically yourself and professionally successful.

That's why I created Full Plate Collective. Because I believe neurodiverse professionals deserve more than survival strategies—we deserve to thrive.

How I Help You Design Life on Your Terms

Instead of forcing you into neurotypical moulds, I help you understand how your mind works best and build from there.

Here's what we'll work on together:

  • Build systems that make sense for your brain not the ones that "should" work

  • Design routines that energise you instead of draining your batteries

  • Develop confidence in asking for what you need at work and in business

  • Transform masking and burnout into sustainable ways of being yourself

  • Create career or business success that accommodates and celebrates your neurodiversity fully

I also work with organisations to create genuinely inclusive environments through training that goes beyond tick-box diversity, helping teams understand how neurodiverse minds actually work and what real support looks like.

Lucy at Full Plate Collective has been an invaluable support for learning to manage my neurodivergence at work. I've been struggling for years with executive dysfunction and overwhelm at work. Weekly sessions with Lucy over the last few months have helped me come up with long term coping mechanisms and methods for keeping organised, as well as regular check-ins to keep accountable and manage daily overwhelm. It's amazing to have someone so understanding of neurodivergence in a professional workplace to support me and help me try different things and find ways to work that suit me best. Most importantly, I immediately felt comfortable and at ease with Lucy, and never judged. The sessions are tailored to my needs each week, which is extremely helpful with my dynamic role in a large organisation. I look forward to continuing to work closely with Lucy and highly recommend them for anyone looking for neurodiversity support at work.
